Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. No restocking fees.
Please email us before shipping anything back. We need to approve the return and confirm the correct return address so your package reaches us and your refund is processed promptly. Returns that arrive without prior notice can take significantly longer to process.
Before you return
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lewpe.com within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours on weekdays with the next steps.
Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back. We need to confirm the return is approved and give you the correct address.
Who pays for return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong piece, we cover everything. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label, and you'll get a full refund, a replacement, or store credit, whichever works best for you.
If you've changed your mind, the return is on you. We'll email you the return instructions and the address, and you arrange shipping with the carrier of your choice. We recommend tracked shipping, since we can only refund items that actually reach us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo at support@lewpe.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right: replacement, refund, or credit, whichever works best for you.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
A few items can't be returned: custom or made-to-spec pieces and gift cards. These are always clearly marked on the product page before you buy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is approved. This keeps processing times predictable and saves you a wait.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to justify the decision. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to the 30-day policy above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers can take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund, email us at support@lewpe.com and we'll chase it.
